Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with VALOR ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. Where a specific policy addresses a topic in more detail, that policy applies.

Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering.

Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We produce in limited runs, and some items may sell out or be discontinued without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, materials and details accurately. Because screens vary, actual colours may differ slightly from what you see on your device.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and any shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price. Where a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price. We will contact you if this happens.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been shipped. An order confirmation email acknowledging receipt does not by itself constitute acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where a pricing or listing error has occurred. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Cancellations and Changes

Orders move to fulfilment quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Payment

Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. We accept the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We do not store your full card details. Payment is handled directly by our processors.

Shipping, processing times, tracking and delivery issues are covered in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual Property

The VALOR name, logo, designs, embroidery marks, product imagery, photography, text and site content are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission. This includes reproducing our designs or using our imagery to sell or promote other products.

Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to use this site to:

• Break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security
• Scrape, harvest or collect data from the site by automated means without permission
• Harass, abuse or impersonate others

We may suspend or refuse access to anyone who breaches these terms.

User Content

If you send us reviews, photographs, messages or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our brand and marketing. You confirm the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone's rights.

We may remove content at our discretion.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our site may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and linking does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
